When Russia makes a surprise visit to America's house, as he missed his flight back to the motherland, he meets a sight he is not expected to see. A young boy with platinum blonde hair and blue-purple hued eyes in a wheelchair open the door. The child looks alot like him and Alfred, when Alfred takes the teen away and apologizes, Russia is curious and insists to stay. Maybe he has other intentions then a friendly night over.
