Seventeen year old Jace Clarence has managed to make his way into N.O.O.S.E., or "Naturals or Otherwise Specified Enlightened Entrants". There he meets several teens like himself- paranoid, unwilling to give information about themselves, hormonal and most importantly- gifted, or as they called it as N.O.O.S.E-- natural. Natural in lying, theft, getting inside people's brains, numbers and stats, most of them know it all- with all these teens in one house, and serial crimes rampant in New York City, nothing can go wrong, right?
