Every Child knows not to go in sector 13. The land of the lost and the enemies of long ago, the place was sealed off by the government. Ghosts, spirits, even just murderers are sent there

200 years ago. Now the survivors of sector 13 are standing up to those who have confined them. To stop them from taking any further action, all orphans between the ages of 13 and 18 are handed over.
