In the year 2169, technology has advanced to the point of making the border between fantasy and reality thinner than ever.

Ichigaya Kuroya with his sister, Ichigaya Shiroka managed to get into the First Astral Highschool, where top students gather, ranging from royal families, to talented individuals.
