Description
A couple of months after the events of My Little Pony: A New Generation, Sunny Starscout tells stories of Trolls and Mewmans to her young daughter Aurora Starblazer, who inherits her dream of reuniting the three kinds. One day, a mewman princess named Star Butterfly and her young daughter Marcella Butterfly-Diaz wander into Equestria. The town's residents react in panic, believing that Star and Marcella are hostile invaders. Sunny and Aurora, finally given an opportunity to make friends with mewmans and trolls, shelters Star and Marcella in their home, and Star reveals to her that the other mewmans no longer have magic powers following the royal butterfly wand's sudden disappearance. Together, they embark on an adventure and travel across the world on a mission to restore the royal butterfly wand and magic and harmony to the mewmans and the trolls
