I was never that girl at the end of the story. Never the girl that got tangled in a love triangle, not the girl who fell in love with her enemies or fell in love with her forever best friend. I was never meant to have a story, always hidden in the shadow of another. To a girl who was beautiful but not quite. A girl who made mistakes, loved the wrong person too soon then soon enough ended with the right. A girl who never 'knew' how loved she was and the people that were willing to risk it all for her for the name of love. No. I was only supposed to be seen but was never meant to be heard. I was only supposed to support that girl in any way possible and always be there for her. I was only supposed to be a part of her story. But that changed I never meant to grow a voice of my own, to defend myself and stop rescuing the damsel in distress from her own feelings. I was never meant to think of myself. Was never meant to reach the light that lingered in the far corner and free myself from this endless cycle of nothingness. But most importantly. I was never meant to fall in love with him.
