Phobophobia - an extreme fear of being afraid --------- ------------------- Hazel felt so alone. It felt almost intoxicating, choking her out from the inside and burning her skin like a warm whisper. Despite all this, she wanted to be alone. Hazel knew that if she gained, she would lose equal. She just wanted to live on a private island, on a boat at sea, in the middle of Antarctica; away from those who deceive. How would she know? How would she know that the first time she showed true kindness, someone came and coerced her for more. They were completely annihilating her; their arms were wrapped around her neck before tricking her into a motherly grace. She was misfortunate.
