Friends, relatives and siblings of many people alike have fallen pray to this death game disguised as an adventure, all for the sake of one person's vision, Kayaba Akihiko. Through his own project, the line between game and reality is slowly being blurred away, or would have been were it not for a meddling kid, his very own brother. Inside Aincrad, Kayaba might be invincible, a god even, but even he could not have predicted the influence of those beyond the digital sea.
