Just some forms for my individual rp ocs :)

The forms are from an individual rp book called "Love an Individual Roleplay Book". This is my entry forms to their rp book but no credit goes to me for the form. But I do own the characters. DO NOT COPY MY CHARACTERS! Also one of the ocs is pretty much me so....that's identity theft technically.
