Prologue

When the Kyuubi attacks Konoha Minato has no choice but to split the kyuubi into soul and chakra and seal the pieces into his two sons Naruto and Menma. what happens when Naruto, who received the soul, is neglected, therefore breaking Minato's promise to the Shinigami.
