after isshiki otsutsuki is betrayed he manages to find a new body and which he manages to place his karma on. but still with such a weak body he sets out to find a way to finish his mission on earth.

centuries later isshiki manages to find away to create a child which he decides will be the one to finish his mission and achieve his goal of becoming an otsutsuki God.

and with the birth of this child he decides to name him Ryu Otsutsuki.
