Prologue

To dwell on something that has meant to happen is such a waste of time for Esteen Kleigh. For someone who constantly seeks solace, to her, it is what it is. Spending much more time than needed to grieve, mourn, and get stuck on something that cannot be changed will only mean drowning in the surge of these emotions.

For her not to completely sink and hit rock bottom, she needed to drop off excess baggage. She have to give up even if it's her heart's desire. If not, all else will shatter with her. She refuses to get drowned. She chose to ascend and ride the unpredictable waves.

However, is peace of mind enough to bring her solace if the heart is not at peace?
