It's been 8 years since Rachel Cooper brought justice upon her family.
Since dissapearing with a clean slate, all charges dropped from acting upon self defense, Rachel- now known as Hailey Cooper Upton becomes a detective. Will her past reflect in her actions on duty? And what happens when shadows of the past come to haunt her?
