This is my first time writing a story so...

Shinichi / Conan is already turned into Conan when this happened.
Kuroba Kaito / KID was shrunk by the im sure you can figure it out.... :D
Heiji and Hakuba where the ones who shrunk first btw.
Also take note that sadly the detective boys will not exist in the story.
And they(gosho boys and haibara and p.agasa) all know Conan's identity as Shinichi. :D
