After being swept away by a tornado, Lightbulb and her pet Baxter find themselves in the strange, Vibrant world of Wonder-Ville. They meet up with some.. well, familiar people, who also desire the things they desperately want... while being stalked and chased by the Wicked Yang. Will they all get what they desire? And will Lightbulb and Baxter actually find their way back home?
