The Rise of Tsuki

Izuku Midoriya has had a tough childhood. His mother abuses him, his father left when he was a baby, his childhood best friend bullies him every day, and his favorite hero told him that he couldn't be a hero without a quirk, crushing his dreams. When Midoriya comes home to see his childhood home burned to the ground, he is presumed dead. What will the quirkless Midoriya do to survive this cruel world and seize the opportunity of a second chance?
