Chapter One

Cassandra Lynn leads a normal young adult life : school, work, and friends; however, when she goes home she lives among a long line of fantastical beings. All the women of her family descend from powerful witches who practice dark magic where she is the only one who has not unveiled her own strengths. For many years Cassandra Lynn thought she would always live an ordinary life until on her 18th birthday she learns that she is only a pawn in her family practices. They thought that it would be an easy trade but what they fail to realize that Cassandra Lynn may be more powerful than the whole line she descends from.
