Bio and stuff

Izuku Is misdiagnosed as quirkless he awakens his quirk after finding out his father was all might after this he finds out his father who neglected him was also quirkless and his power was given to him and he wants to give it to his sister saying he wasn't worthy of such power. Him! someone who'd always wanted to be a hero the pain of it all comes crashing down on him
