Taylor Johnson, also known as #1M, lives in what is suppose to be the "perfect world". No assigned gender or names or pronouns. Everything is by consent and by choice of the person. All you are assigned is a number. And the lower the number, the more scholarships, the more job opportunities, the better the life.

Life is hard for taylor, pushed around and acted as a low life for her number. She doesnt know how much longer she can live in this world, until she meets number 1.
