Prologue

He left for Britain 3 years ago without a goodbye. She stayed in America, heartbroken.
She grew to hate him. He continued to love her.
When he returns, he finds that a lot has changed, and she isn't the same girl he left behind. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to her, no matter how long it will take him. Even if she does forgive him, they have a lot more to worry about than getting a happy ending to their love story.
