Johnny Orlando is known as the most dangerous Mafia leader until one day he has a one night stand and ends up getting a girl pregnant. Things start to go downhill, Johnny thinks he will get weak. He soon realizes he needs to let go of his child and the first girl he ever loved, so he keeps them a secret and ships them off, out of reach.
