Despite their news article being well-received by the public, the Dela Vistas retaliated and accused Shea's family of being a fake news peddler, leading to a decline in their company's reputation and investors. Feeling that their company had been unfairly targeted, Shea decided to take revenge against the Dela Vistas by bringing them down with her. She began following East Raiken Dela Vista, an arrogant man who she believed to be the perfect pawn in her scheme.
