Justin's life

In the small town of Stratford In Ontario, Canada the town is split into two sections,the rich on one side and the poor on the other. Jason McCann is on the rich side and Justin Bieber is on the poor side of town. What will happen when opposites attract? Will they be able to be kept separated?
