Bakugo has Hanahaki, it's disease of unrequited love. Though, he doesn't know that he has it.
Midoriya has feelings for Bakugou, but knows that Bakugou hates him. (Which is not the case.) So he keeps his feelings to himself and never confesses.
Todoroki has a crush on Midoriya. So in their second year, he decides it's time to confess.
Through all of that, Bakugou is starting to figure out his feelings for Midoriya.
He's about to confess. But...
