Little did Mr. Quinzel knew, Paris is overrun with villains more than his old city and has more than one protector. So, the 16-year old Harvey Quinzel needs to draw attention to be on the top-*door slams open and maniacal laughter* who are you?! *loud thud* I'm taking over this because only a Harley Quinn can ever tell this, HAHAHAHA!
