She gazed at the golden hills and swaying flowers, lost in the view - unaware that his eyes were fixed only on her.

Catching his stare, she teased,
"Ain, aap hamari aankhon mein aise na dekha karein... harami ho jaayenge!"

His frown made her panic.
"Ya Allah! I meant hamare ho jaayenge - slip of the tongue!"

With a light tap on her head, he muttered,
"Un namoonon ke saath kam raha karo thoda,"
but his faint smile gave him away.

She didn't know - he wished to be the only world she'd ever need.
