Dealing with the anxiety of going back to school after a quiet summer is hard. But it's even harder for Alice since she goes back to school concealing a secret from her best friend, and that secret seems to follow her wherever she tries to go. No matter how far she runs, it's always there.

Even when things finally get resolved, another disaster is ready to take its place. And the one person she should be able to tell is the one person she knows she'll lose when she does. But not talking may push them apart even further. And it may make it hurt even more when they finally break.
