Amelia Forbes and Niklaus Mikealson were Mystic Falls sweethearts. They loved each other dearly, you would always see them joined at the hip. Wherever Klaus was there would be Amelia there too. Until one fateful day where she caught him cheating with Hayley Marshall. She was left absolutely devastated and never truly got over the painful heartbreak. Shortly after, Klaus left for New Orleans leaving a pregnant Amelia behind heartbroken.
