To the depths

Vineta, a city lost to a curse and thrown underwater. The citizens may never age or die, neither may the city ever be destroyed, unless a mortal human outsider is to break the curse of course. The human may do this during the hour where the city resurfaces for a mere hour, before descending once more.

A young girl finds the city where few of her roots originate from. She is in need of someone inside the city.
