What Could Go Wrong?

A group of ill-assorted teenagers walked down an empty street, eerily lit by the lights which continued to flicker. Their faithful leader scanned the unlit places and caught a shadow move across a well-groomed lawn. Her expression wavered and for a moment she thought about turning back. The dark figure approached them and cautiously stepped into the light. He looked uncomfortable as his eyes darted upwards toward the lamp and his fingers twitched. Good, she thought.

"You look skittish, Frost."

He smirked, "I'm not a fan of the light."

She crossed her arms and scowled, "Well then you'd better speak fast."

"Ah, right, where do I begin?"
