Mini Story One- Getting a Bird

Chips parents have never been there for him, they were always out and away on buissness trip and when they were home, they were absolutely wasted. They never layer a hand on him or said anything to him, but they were just never there.

Alastor had died at the ripe old age of 16 and was now a ghost haunting and the old house he used to live in. One day a family moves in and they had a son his age, well death age. The thing is though that the parents are never home. He had tried contacting the young boy but it never worked until one day when he found out he was able to mess with humans dreams.

What happens when these two finally meet, what happens to Chips parents, why did Alastor die so soon?
