Description
When transfer students D'kala and Kia arrive in the whimsical world of Safe Haven, they are quickly integrated into the vast interspecies society. However, the city has much more in store for them than some new friends. As D'kala and Kia try to make an impact on the new world around them, Zoo Phoenix Academy's vice principal Zechariah makes plans to integrate the new students into the Peacekeepers' ranks as he prepares for the worst with the Breaking of the Pacts looming on the horizon.
