Unusual Circumstances

Through a twist of fate, Izuku Midoriya can't do anything right... not even die correctly... but circumstances have given him another chance. His soul is now bound to the single witness of his suicide... will he take this opportunity and become a hero with them?

This is definitely the strangest one I've started. No contest.
