Description
Fifteen year old Isobel (Izzy) Lund used to love riding. That is, until a tragic accident in a showjumping competition at the age of fourteen caused her to become fearful of riding again. In order to help break Izzy out of her psychological shell, Izzy's parents decide to send her and their horses to Bright Fields. While at her old riding school, Izzy reunites with an old friend, Pin Hawthorne, and makes new friends as well as rivals. Pin is determined to find out what made his friend change so suddenly, and with the help of Zoe and the others, plans to get Izzy back in the saddle. What happened to make Izzy distance herself from her beloved horse? Can Pin and his friends help Izzy restore a bond once thought was lost? Izzy's feelings are put to the test with horse thieves on the loose, but she'll need help to protect her beloved horse, Pegasus. And what of these feelings she's having towards Pin Hawthorne? This is a story of how a once broken rider learns to love her horse once again, by believing in herself.
