Prolouge

Esmeralda,Marina,Christopher, and Amos were four of many children to have lost their lives to the Coloured Death. When the children wake up many years after their death,completely healthy and living,they also discover the power of the elements. For years after that,they stay in the wood they were buried in,eating berries and squirrels,and amusing themselves with their powers,until they find a newspaper reporting that the Coloured Death is worse than ever-and sightings of the creators themselves,who died of the plague years ago . Deciding to leave their home to find the "ghosts", they find a surprising set of events that leads them to why they were brought back to life and what life and death truly mean.
