Despite being a brilliant student of surgery, he has a severe anger management problem which characterizes him as a college bully among his juniors. His aggressive and arrogant nature leads him to have a scuffle with the college dean and eventually, he elects to leave the college but changes his mind upon catching the sight of a shy and beautiful first-year student Nandini Murthy.
