"We will get through this right? " her feeble words and he felt his heart falling and shattering again. The answers they have very beautifully and greatly hidden them somewhere, where no one could have access to them. Where he wished to reach, and yet after the unwavering and not halting for a moment, he failed. Failed to make her believe, that they both will get through it. They would have, if they they would have been together, or allowed to be. But here they have to get through this, to be together. Was the fight wort it. Was he worthy enough, to be fought that hard, the way she was doing, battling her own people for someone she knew just for few months back. Was he worth it? the question came to him like whiplash. "Come here" he put her hand forward to pull her to himself, in his arms, and hugged her sideways. "Can we do that?" her eyes, looking at him in hope. Can the hope survive. Can the two hearts, that yearned to be together be together, against the society norms.
