At the age of eight, HyunJin and his mother are taken into the kingdom as special guests. They live their lives in the kingdom walls while HyunJin is groomed to be a mate for someone of power. His beauty and his gentle nature is the one thing keeping him his position-that is until they discover who his father is. At thirteen, HyunJin's mother is put to death and he's kicked out of the kingdom. He roams the streets hating the system that raised him. Years later, he stumbles across someone from the kingdom trying to blend in on the village streets. He decides to try and play them, but it doesn't go as well as he had hoped.
