I wrote these short value statements to help myself focus on the rewards of making art, and minimize discouragement.

The simple values presented here are about intellectual and emotional honesty with oneself and others. These values are at the core of achieving satisfaction in the pursuit of art, whether it be visual, musical, lexical, or performative.
