Georgina Tate has just moved from dreary Milwaukee to the land of palm trees and unending sun - Los Angeles, California. Still grappling with a tragedy left behind, she lands a job sight-unseen as the executive assistant to the wealthy and enigmatic investment firm Founder, Vincent Valdi. Georgina is thrown headfirst into his perfect, controlled routine. Having gone through seven assistants this year already, Mr. Valdi has no time for another failure. When naive yet defiant Georgina enters his universe, the atoms of his soul begin to get rearranged.
