Impulse is a Dragon Hybrid who lives at the top of Tehitcrafrm Mountain Range. He has made his treasure hoard in the tallest part of the range where it passes the clouds. He knows he is not alone on the mountain range. He just doesn't know who or where they are and he is fine with keeping it this way.
