Character Description

Lilibeth Wellerman is the daughter of Richard Wellerman. The curse pirate who reigned over the Dark Continent Sea and Liliana Zoldyck the lost child of the Zoldyck family. She is the sole survivor of the incident that killed all the Wellermans. She being fortunate woke up and found herself in Meteor City.
