After izuku failed the UA entrance exam he felt he lacked purpose and would sit down all day waiting for his best friend katsuki bakugou to come back from UA, but after saving a small girl the UA principle nezu realized they didn't have a UA child care and protection division manager and that's when Katsuki spoke up about his best friends love for children
