Ashlyn Monroe has a traumatic past and has been in 7 foster homes in one year. Soon, she moves to San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California to live with the Timmons family. She meets the boys of the Sandlot, and falls for the pitcher.

But she isn't the only new kid in town. Scotty Smalls has just moved there as well, and Ashlyn makes strong, brotherly relationships with all the boys, except the pitcher. The two fall in love, but if they admit it, they'll never hear the end of it from the rest of the boys...
