A woman and a man met in a coffee shop, and at that time the woman had to be checked up because she had heart disease. And the man has to study at the coffee shop. Sam is the woman with the heart disease and Kyle is the man who will make her fall in love.Kyle soon admitted how he felt about Sam and there they became closer. Kyle and I found out that Sam had a heart condition and that's where they solidified their love.
