Major Angela Karev, also known as Dr. Angela Karev, is coming home for good. Ever since she was 19, she had been serving in the army. Beating the odds at home, she graduated high school and college at 15, finished med school at 19 and left for the army the next day.

She left behind three younger siblings: Alex, Aaron and Amber, with their schizophrenic mother when Alex was only 14.

In the army, Angela was fortunate to meet a new family, with whom she sees again at a certain hospital where her brother works.
Follow the journey of Anglea Karev as she figures out her love life while also adjusting to civilian life.
