KLAUS MIKAELSON has decided that he can no longer trust anyone with his newborn child, but him. Taking her away from his family, he raises her in what would be his perfect image. Leaving the city that he has adored for so long, he meets a few familiar faces that all decide they need an escape from reality as well.

When they return, no one is prepared for what comes back with them. The Mikaelson family is nearly destroyed and their vow of Always and Forever may just come to an end. The only problem is that it doesn't seem they will accept that.
