Author's Note

One day Gon was out fishing and saw a mysterious and foreign boy in a tree, he went to go confront the boy who got frightened and ran away. Rumors of this mysterious boy quickly spread around Whale Island, due to this boy's shy and distant behavior and illusiveness he is called 'Shadow Child'.

Gon soon finds the mysterious 'Shadow Child' and befriends him, learning that his name is Killua. Gon is immediately love stricken by Killua, but, will their friendship stay the same or will it escalate into something more?
