Author's Note (PLEASE READ)

May, a 17 year old girl picked by the Governor of California, Governor Andrews, to study another girl with fire powers. Stella, the 17 year old girl with powers trains at a government base in California, where she has been basically her whole life. When the two become friends, May and Stella open up to each other. What will happen when May finds out what really goes on at the government base.
