Percy Jackson, treasured hero and recently discovered son of Artemis, returns home after a six year disappearance. He returns with a band of misfits and a mission to save the demigods from the new unknown threat terrorizing them.

The battle of good becomes more complicated when old friends are not the same as Percy left them. He doesn't know where to turn or who to trust, but must race against the clock to save all demigods from extinction.
